Review Assist is designed to help customers draft Google reviews. We do not collect names, emails, or phone numbers from the customers who use a business's Review Assist link.
We collect basic anonymous usage events — such as page views, generation clicks, and copy clicks — so we can improve the product and enforce reasonable rate limits. These events are not tied to a customer's identity.
Businesses that sign up for Review Assist provide standard account information (such as business name and email) so we can operate the service and bill for the subscription.
Review Assist helps customers draft editable review text. Customers choose what to post. Review Assist does not post reviews automatically.
